11.3. Udev Rules-0.1-05292006

The Udev Cross-LFS rules package contains the necessary rules set for a basic functional system.

11.3.1. Installation of Udev-Rules

When you installed udev, it installed a set of rules. This package replaces these rules. So we must first remove all the old rule sets:

rm -vf /etc/udev/rules.d/*

Install the package:

make install
